Sporty Kevlar jeans that are properly fitted to maximize comfort and keep that sharp sports style and feel! These are the new Club Sport Gray jeans from the 4SR.

When developing the 4SR Club Sport Gray jeans, we have used our experience from World Superbikes technology, to ensure these sporty jeans, work in the same way as our racing Leathers, using flexible panels above the knees.

Flexible and elastic Kevlar® by DuPont, has been used to produce these jeans, to ensure maximized comfort and mobility while riding your motorcycle.

The 4SR Club Sport Gray Jeans also have ventilation that is strategically placed on the upper thighs, right next to the side pockets. The location of the ventilation on the upper thigh reduces the risk of injury from the zip for the wearer. For added safety, the vent is also covered with Kevlar, for extra protection.

Like any other garment we produce at 4SR, the Club Sport Jeans are equipped with quality knee protectors, which are of course to the highest level 2 T + certification and with the ergonomic 3D shape of the protector not only protects the knee but also the shin.

Thanks to the development of our professional riders along with our experience in the world of motorcycle and world championship motorcycle racing, we know that the right shape of the protector is one of the most important aspects.

4SR Jeans are still the only Kevlar jeans on the market that have the fixation of the guards in the right place and meet the highest standard requirements. 4SR have the patented AFS - Armor Fixation System.

How does the 4SR AFS work? The trousers have a loose elastic stocking that holds the knee and shin protector in place and is independent from the top layer of material. So you still have the protector in the right place, while enjoying the freedom and movement of safe Kevlar jeans.
Additionally, you can adjust the protector up and down to position them exactly where you feel most comfortable according to your height.

Once again, we have made progress in development and we are happy to introduce a new model of the best gloves from 4SR. The Stingray Race Spec racing motorcycle gloves have been created with an emphasis on safety and maximum flexibility. 

Riders often prefer comfort and the feel of their fingers in the gloves over high-level protection, but we all know that this is not exactly ideal, and that is why we have focused on joining these conflicting demands.

The fingers controlling the levers have flexible panels built-in at the joint, which do not resist bending and thus enable sensitive touch control of the brakes and clutch. This reduces pressure on the tendons and minimizes the risk of cramps. The entire glove is anatomically pre-closed for better grip on the handlebars. For maximum comfort, external stitching is used.

The edge of the hand is sturdy, equipped with an Antishock system made of Viscofoam material with a memory effect. Because the pinky finger is hit in the vast majority of falls, it is conjoined to the ring finger to increase its protection.

The palm is usually the part of the glove that must resist abrasion well. Kevlar fibers and stingray skins are also used in the area of the palm. That is then backed by Viscofoam memory foam which protects the shuttle bone. The skeleton of the palm, including the fingers, is made of very fine Pittards leather, which is 2x more durable than kangaroo leather.

To protect the joints, it was necessary to develop a new protector made of flexible material and at the same time resistant to abrasion. The energy of the impact is distributed within the area and partially absorbed by the protector. Additional energy is absorbed by the Viscofoam layer below it. For the glove to fit properly, the dimensions of this protector correspond to the size of the glove

We know that in many situations wearing a full-fledged back protector can be impractical, so we decided to offer an appropriate solution. Thanks to the cooperation with European top designers of safety protectors, you can now buy insert back protectors for all 4SR jackets and suits from model year 2009. It´s made of elastic but strong Polyurethane. This material has a memory effect, which allows shaping to any form, it´s comfy and very effective. This protector can be easily inserted in the pocket in a jacket or a suit and your back is safe. 4SR back protector meets the highest protection requirements according to EN1621-2 Level 2 norm.

It is necessary to buy a protector, which size corresponds with the size of your jacket.

Once again, we have made progress in development and we are happy to introduce a new model of the best gloves from 4SR. The Stingray Race Spec racing motorcycle gloves have been created with an emphasis on safety and maximum flexibility. 

Riders often prefer comfort and the feel of their fingers in the gloves over high-level protection, but we all know that this is not exactly ideal, and that is why we have focused on joining these conflicting demands.

The fingers controlling the levers have flexible panels built-in at the joint, which do not resist bending and thus enable sensitive touch control of the brakes and clutch. This reduces pressure on the tendons and minimizes the risk of cramps. The entire glove is anatomically pre-closed for better grip on the handlebars. For maximum comfort, external stitching is used.

The edge of the hand is sturdy, equipped with an Antishock system made of Viscofoam material with a memory effect. Because the pinky finger is hit in the vast majority of falls, it is conjoined to the ring finger to increase its protection.

The palm is usually the part of the glove that must resist abrasion well. Kevlar fibers and stingray skins are also used in the area of the palm. That is then backed by Viscofoam memory foam which protects the shuttle bone. The skeleton of the palm, including the fingers, is made of very fine Pittards leather, which is 2x more durable than kangaroo leather.

To protect the joints, it was necessary to develop a new protector made of flexible material and at the same time resistant to abrasion. The energy of the impact is distributed within the area and partially absorbed by the protector. Additional energy is absorbed by the Viscofoam layer below it. For the glove to fit properly, the dimensions of this protector correspond to the size of the glove
